And I said well that's, the one thing we've got.
Wearing Zara, Pandora, SLH Saint, Tiffany & Co and Charles & Keith
Riders Cafe at the Bukit Timah saddle club has been my hidden secret for YEARS and I'm still a little reluctant to share about this place on the blog to be honest. Head there at 8am on a Saturday morning and you might just spot me (and a very grouchy husband) lol.
This is where I go to in Singapore to feel like I'm NOT in Singapore - there's just something about the horses, lush greens, awesome blackstone benedict and a good cuppa (I'm also utterly depressed that they removed my favourite brioche french toast from the menu...)
My favourite spot is often by the windows... where I'll just gaze at the horses doing their thang and pretend that I'm in a scene of My Fair Lady (until the hubs hurry me to finish my iced latte - sometimes skinny, sometimes soy - before "the ice all melts!!!") You might get the occasional whiff of horse poo but hey, it's all part of the experience right?
The last time I was there, it even rained! Seriously, nothing like raindrops and a backdrop like that to feel all melancholic and you know, So long lives this, and this gives life to thee - it's Shakespeare by the way.
So anyway, I'm wearing on this brekkie date this season's pinstripe top from Zara that EVERYBODY seems to have (by the way, the sale going on now is REALLY good - I highly recommend the MBS outlet!), my staple infinity ring from Tiffany that you guys have probably seen to death and snazzing it up with the 3D Triangle Diamond Shaped Ring from SLH | Saint - they have some of the most edgy jewellery bound to make a statement and I love, love, love their bangles! Totally eyeing this AVILLA Bangle with clear quartz stones.
I've also taken a liking to Pandora recently but I like it completely plain without any charms cause (I think lah!) the minimalist, understated look kinda works well on my skinny wrist - yah, only wrist skinny. Don't look at my tummy, thanks.
