Fabulous food in an European-style castle in Khao Yai, Thailand!
Lovely place, royal service, exactly like Europe are just some of the many wonderful descriptions used in the TripAdvisor reviews of the gorgeous Midwinter Green.
I'm going to sound like a broken recorder now, because this restaurant, like the rest of Khao Yai, is once again, just like Europe.
But of course, just like Europe, every attraction is unique in its own ways.
While Primo Piazza resembles so much like Italy, Midwinter Green reminds me of a Belgium castle.

The food was good!
(Though inexpensive by international standards, it's a little pricier than the rest of the meals we had in Khao Yai.)
I absolutely cannot say No to foie gras!
The portions were huge and good for sharing and although we were stuffed, everything was so delicious we decided we must try their desserts too.
It certainly didn't disappoint!
I love the ambiance of this place! Huge restaurant and bar (which meant that tables aren't packed too closely to each other giving patrons plenty of privacy), indoor and outdoor seating and with a great live band to boot!
There's also an in-house marketplace - the Picnic Store which offered a wide array of freshly-baked bread and cakes, international confections and local produce fresh from the farms.
This was honestly the best night of my trip!
